How we approach the work
Most of what makes a repair shop good or bad is not technical. It is whether you are told the truth about what your car needs, in language you can act on, before the money is spent.
So we work to a few rules. We diagnose before we replace — a fault code names a circuit, not a failed part, and swapping the obvious component is how people pay twice. We quote before we work. If something can safely wait, we say so rather than adding it to the invoice. And if we are not the right people for a job, we will tell you that too.
What we work on
General repair and maintenance — tune-ups, oil changes, brakes, diagnostics, air conditioning, batteries, charging systems and smog-check repairs. If you are not sure what you need, describe the symptom and we will work it out.
